Small changes can make a big difference—massage therapy is a powerful tool in your healing journey.
TMJ (TEMPOROMANDIBULAR JOINT) TREATMENT
Temporomandibular disorders (TMD) affect the muscles of mastication, joints, and associated structures of the jaw. These conditions can occur in both adults and children.
Common symptoms may include:
• Jaw pain or tenderness
• Pain radiating to the ear or cheek
• Jaw clenching or grinding
• Clicking or popping sounds
• Difficulty chewing or opening/closing the mouth
HEAD & NECK TREATMENT
If you experience tension headaches, migraines, sinus congestion, or chronic neck pain leading to stiffness, shoulder discomfort, or tingling sensations, massage therapy can be highly effective in reducing pain and restoring mobility.
VOICE & SWALLOWING SUPPORT
If you are experiencing difficulty swallowing, altered tongue posture, voice fatigue, hoarseness, or a sensation of a “lump in the throat,” massage therapy may help relieve muscular tension and improve function.
Treatment focuses on reducing restrictions, improving coordination, and supporting optimal voice and swallowing mechanics.
REIKI MASSAGE
Reiki and massage therapy both support natural healing and overall well-being. While massage therapy focuses on soft tissue manipulation and improving circulation, Reiki works with the body’s energy systems to promote balance.
This treatment combines both approaches to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being, helping to reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.
PRENATAL / POSTNATAL MASSAGE
Prenatal massage can help relieve common pregnancy-related discomforts such as back pain, neck stiffness, leg cramps, headaches, and swelling (edema). It may also help reduce stress and support emotional well-being during hormonal changes.
Postnatal massage supports recovery, reduces tension, and promotes overall healing after childbirth.
GENERAL TREATMENTS
Full-body massage is available to address a wide range of conditions, including injuries, post-surgical recovery, back pain, stress, sleep disturbances, anxiety, depression, joint restrictions, carpal tunnel syndrome, muscle tension, fibromyalgia, frozen shoulder, insomnia, tendinitis, bursitis, and arthritis.
Massage therapy helps improve both systemic and local circulation, which plays an essential role in the body’s natural healing and recovery processes.
Acupuncture is the medical procedure of inserting of very thin needles through your skin at strategically placed points on your body. It is one of the founding principals of treatment by traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, in addition to herbs and TCM diagnosis. Acupuncture is most commonly used to treat pain. Increasingly, it is being used for overall wellness, including stress management, fertility and cosmetic procedures.
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that acupuncture is a technique to be used to balance the flow of energy or life force — known as chi or qi (chee) — described as flowing through pathways (meridians) in your body. By inserting needles into specific points along these meridians, the results will be that your energy flow will re-balance.
In contrast, many Western practitioners view the acupuncture points as places to stimulate nerves, muscles and connective tissue. Some believe that this stimulation boosts your body’s natural painkillers to reduce inflammation and in turn result in relief.
